Hi everyone. Thank you for all your kind words and emails in support of my book. I thought it might be fun to share responses so I am finally going blogging. It is a first for me, so please be gentle.
This past Saturday I took my granddaughter, Charlotte (9) shopping in our little town near the beach. I was carrying two of my books to donate to the local library and was surprised when the sales rep and another customer asked to buy the books right out of my arms. Then I had to sign them! I can't pretend it wasn't a thrill.
As I mentioned in my suggested book club questions, whenever Frank meets someone new he is asked where he is from. If any of you speak with a foreign accent, or have friends who are immigrants, I'd love to hear about your experiences.
